"Designing a Bespoke Showroom”
Christy at Online 4 Baby required a clean look for this online businesses new showroom in Manchester. Display systems for Designer Strollers, Car Seats and Buggy’s are not readily available, so a customised system would need to be designed to suit.
BRIEF
All had to be high gloss white and ultra-durable, the solution was to design and fabricate all of the seen display components from steel and batch powder in a high wear, high quality finish. Extra deep shelves and bases were created and all had 80mm down stand with radius details to create a flowing look. Combined with giant oversized seamless steel plinths, curved internal corner back panels to the wall systems and curved internal corner shelves to complete the concept.
CONSULTATION
Framed by a custom digital wallpaper print vinyl backdrop the consultation areas were custom formed to fit the area. The swept curve and matched polar white Corian solid surfacing teamed with black low slung tub chairs create a designed in, expensive and minimalistic feel to the space.
SOLID SURFACING
Corian Solid Surfacing was used on the bespoke counter top, down stand, front face and returns to match that on the consultation area. Shopfit.co.uk also added in cable management, LED accent lighting and interactive iPad secure Bounce Pad displays in matched gloss white.
All of the Corian equipment was trimmed with a radius matched to the custom shelving system to give a seamless and very pleasing harmonous effect.
